Description

Series 4060 Gas Chromatographs

TThe 4060 Series of Gas Chromatograph (GC) analyzers combine Teledyne’s field proven detector technologies with gas chromatography column separation capability. This enables reliable and repeatable of a single or multiple compounds in a stream containing interfering components.

Flame-ionization detector (FID) or thermal conductivity detector (TCD) options enable part-per-billion (ppb), part-per-million (ppm) or percent levels of detection depending on application. The analyzer includes an integral temperature-controlled sample system of 316SS and Teflon construction to provide a suitable sample to the detector. Contact TAI for other available materials.

Chromatography Software – Tracs™
Tracs™ software developed by TAI provides all features and functionality needed to view and analyze chromatography data. When installed on a PC computer, Tracs™ collects digitized data fed from the analyzer with which it can plot chromatograms, perform analytical calculations, log data, and save information for future use.

Features include:

    • Bi-directional communication of analyzer’s range, alarm and timing settings which can be remotely uploaded and downloaded
    • Acquires real-time raw data for continuous display of chromatograms
    • Chromatograms can be superimposed upon one another to verify repeatability
    • Elution peaks can be displayed within their own respective timing frames or individually manipulated for optimal peak scrutinization
    • Statistical summary including analytical calculation of measurements, distribution of values and deviations
    • Data-logging
    • Saving and retrieving of digitized data files
